Background
Silent Leadership Institute was founded in August 2018 and is based near the beautiful mountain of Tsukuba (approximately 50kms north of Tokyo). The institute was initially established to provide emotional intelligence, communications and leadership programs to corporations, small businesses, non-profits, and individuals. However, after the founder’s transformation in 2022 and again in 2024, the Institute exists solely to to provide thought-provoking “mind-questioning” discussions whether in written, audio, or video format.
If there is such a thing as silent leadership, it is something which expresses itself as it is regardless of anything you do to force it. “You” implies a separate thinker who is thinking, acting, doing. The action of life is not dependent on a self identifying “me” but rather a response to the environment.
Change is unnecessary. It's a result of human thinking. Nature takes care of itself and so do we. But since we have separated ourselves from nature, we no longer live. You can never be “nothing”. Silence doesn’t exist in the realm of knowledge - neither does the universe, higher self, god. None of these things can be conceptualized into any image whatsoever, including that of words.
