Training the World’s Best Trainers

I coach and train the world’s best corporate trainers. This is an intensive program not for the faint-of-heart which requires a rigorous test to be accepted into the 6, 9, or 12-month program.

You Become the Message

Understanding you is the most important piece of the training. Once you have passed your own self-acceptance, you become the medium, the light for what you need to tell the world. I start with you. All my coaching does. We will work together from the inside, building confidence, self awareness, and a clear vision. Then we move to the outer, where we are more aware of the environment, reactions, and alignment between your message and the audience. I use various verbal and non-verbal techniques, include fine-tuning your voice, calling-in branding specialists to build the brand you want to be which is the authentic you.

What does the base program include?

The base program includes a deep dive into your current state, who you are, how you already best communicate, your strength style/s, and building from there. Depending on the length of coaching you choose or require, we will work together for at least six months.

For beginners looking for a six month turn-around time (e.g., Ted talks, public speeches, etc), you will receive weekly coaching, surveys, tools, feedback, feedforward, and assessments. Typically, a 9-month engagement will include coaching in various topics and to various audiences, including online and offline situations.

Cost

This is a professional training and coaching program that is fully customizable. Generally, costs can range between $10,000 USD for the six month program, to up to $30,000 USD for the 12 month program (depending on the options, number of contact hours, etc). This is an online program, however, you will be required to send-in video samples of offline presentations as well.

Group or Individual?

This program is currently 1-on-1 only. However, if you have a group request in your company, please contact us - we will do our best to accommodate.
