Are Habits Really Necessary?
I question whether habits are necessary at all to be “well” - both mentally and physically. Whilst these things can help to ‘navigate’ life, better time would be spend trying to understand why one is stressed in the first place; why one can’t get proper sleep; why one feels the need for exercise; why one needs to take a yoga class or to meditate; why one needs to indulge in activities to “balance” life.
If we spend all of our energy “managing” life, when will we actually live?
Perhaps time would be better spent questioning its origins. One needs only to see what they themselves are - how is it possible that you can’t see that the wonderful qualities of clarity, energy, vitality, passion, joy are already yours. Once you do, all will be healed.
