Using the Six Hats!

When using the six hats, always refer to them by their color, and not by their function.

When using the six hats, always refer to them by their color, and not by their function.

  1. Everyone wears DIFFERENT hat at the same time

Assign a different color hat to each member and ask each member to participate according to the hat they wear.
WHEN TO USE: Can be good if you are experienced at running meetings and know the team members very well.

  2. Everyone Wears the SAME hat at the same time and run though each together.
