The Deep Stuff

Dialogues for Everyone!
Why is it that we don’t ask what thinking is, where it’s useful and where it isn’t?

A Dialogue on Communications in Teams
What most companies get miss about communications and relationships at work. Relationship is the single most important element at work. We will talk about what it isn’t, what it is, our relationship with others and our relationships with ourself.
What will we talk about?
This is an honest dialogue about our relationship with our colleagues and ourselves. We will talk about the importance of relationship - what we think it is. We will take a look at how we are creating those relationships with others, psychologically. We will question whether this is real relationship or illusionary. We will also discover how we are creating those relationship with ourselves. Finally, how relationship connects us to the “greater picture” in terms of creating an environment where will all thrive together, not as individuals but with a natural sense of self-less being.
What is a dialogue?
A dialogue, if done well, is a kind of neutral discussion that approaches a topic without the interference of judgment. Gab always sets up the dialogue in this way so we can properly question the topic, not with a sense to solve the problem or to determine an answer, but as a means to enjoy the journey. In order to understand any challenge, we can’t be running towards a solution. We must first understand together, questioning as one, the reason why that challenge exists. From that we uncover the insight needed to transform our relationships.
Can I ask for more than one dialogue topic?
Yes. Topics not listed may also be accepted. You can combine talks, split them over days, run them at your company retreats, etc. Once you fill-in the form, we can discuss over a call.
How about colleges, schools, non-profit organizations?
Yes, all of these dialogues are applicable to college life as well as work life. Gab would be glad to speak to academic audiences PRO-BONO.
