LATERAL THINKING FOR INNOVATION
In this SUPER popular session, Gab combines storytelling of how lateral thinking fueled very successful companies to success using the power of creative thinking.
Lateral thinking is not typically the usual way we think. Gab organizes the puzzles according to five ways we can train the brain to think differently. Lateral thinking puzzles are odd situations where you are given a small amount of information and then in teams, you need to figure out what is going on by asking questions. Gab will act as the quizmaster and the teams ask as many questions as they can to unveil the correct answer. The quizmaster can only answer, ‘Yes, No or Not Important’.
These puzzles are a lot of fun, teach good questioning skills, test assumptions, use your imagination and train the brain to think more innovatively in finding solutions in your day-to-day work.
HOW IT’S PLAYED
The whole game consists of a five rounds where small teams try to find the solution to a number of problems. The team with the greater number of correct solutions win the game.
At the end of the session, there is a generic overall quiz to test the development of your “lateral” mind.
This session is designed to enhance team bonding, encourage communication, and build better innovative thinking to fuel your business solutions.
The game can be played in any office (which Gab has been doing since 2018), but it’s also possible to play online/remote from anywhere in the world!

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
All of our hosted events depend on how many participants attend but typically for 10 people, 90 minutes in total will be approximately 10万円 in-person (in JAPAN) or about $800 USD offline.
WHAT’S THE PROCESS?
It’s easy! Once you contact us, we will have a pre-meeting to discuss your learning goals (if any), objectives, number of people, dates, and costs (travel costs are not included in the price above).
We will then confirm all the details including the final questions, and confirm payment.
We run the session!
We would like to also consult on whether we will provide the feedback survey or from your side.
ARE THERE ANY PRIZES?
Prizes should be decided by the company. We typically don’t provide prizes although we can help with LOTS of suggestions and it definitely adds to the fun :).
