Course Introduction

There is nothing more draining than being in an uninspiring meeting, training, or presentation. As a trainer, you need to provide knowledge and value for time. As a speaker, you need to turn that value into impact. As a facilitator, you need to turn that value into deeper conversations and learning. As a leader, you need to inspire people to create the environment that fosters real collaboration, sparks innovation, and creates action. If you’re caught in fear of what to say, how to present, or stuck with a plain vocabulary, value is lost for you and the audience.

How about inspiring your audience by understanding the differences between a presentation you “have to” make, and one you “want to” make? Then, going from there, understanding the difference between “wanting to make” using thought, and “wanting to make” via passion. This course will take you through the shift - helping you understand fear, relationship with the audience, and being present in each part of your presentation. When you yourself are not inspired, or not authentic in your messaging, or simply unprepared, you risk creating a distance. When you inspire an audience, you are that audience. Not a regular presentation class where we focus on structure, confidence, and “how to say” - although we will cover some of these. It’s more about getting you to deliver an inspiring presentation with the strengths and skills you currently have - the exploration of these is vital.
