About the Founder
About Gab Ciminelli
Gab is a wellbeing life coach, executive coach, motivational speaker, philosopher, author and master trainer certified by TACK&TMI and Training City. He is a TOP 10 THOUGHT LEADER in MENTAL HEALTH (Thinkers360). He has extensive international business experience in fortune 500 companies as well as consulting expertise for major clients.
Business experience
Gabriele started his career as an Engineer and worked for Ericsson Australia, Ericsson Japan and Nokia Japan before transitioning his role in HR and Corporate Culture. For the past 12 years he has worked on talent development and corporate culture in Hawaii and Japan. His most recent role was in Rakuten Group, Inc. where he trained the global management program, new managers, corporate culture philosophy workshops and training the trainer. He has held positions of management at various team and departmental levels. He was also promoted as the Principle of the Training Academy in Hawaii before transitioning to Japan.
Selected accomplishment in training
From 2009 to 2014, Gabriele helped local IT/Telecommunication’s operator, Hawaiian Telcom to emerge from bankruptcy by driving an employee workplace training strategy and branding program for all 1500 employees. The program included coaching, training and consulting with local leadership experts and successfully saw employee satisfaction rise from 54% to 84% within a 2-year timespan. His efforts saw him receive a Hui Lanakila (Employee of the Year) Excellence Award from the company in 2010.
From 2014-2017, he returned to Ericsson Japan to create a global first “High Performer Program” that helped employees transform their business, negotiations, communications, teamwork and leadership skills to the global stage. Gabriele used emotional intelligence as the core strategy for the program which included individually coaching all 120 employees. In 2019-2022, he joined Rakuten Group, Inc to help train the Global Managers Program, mid-careers onboarding training and coaching global trainers on Rakuten’s Corporate Philosophy as part of the employee engagement strategy.
Gab is currently the Master Trainer for Rakuten Group’s global corporate culture train-the-trainer program which develops culture champions throughout APAC, Japan, EMEA to promote its corporate culture initiatives.
Selected accomplishment in Executive Coaching
Gab has trained 130 Employees as part of the High Performer Program which ranged from Cxx positions to company Directors and middle managers. Each employee undertook six months of intensive training and personal coaching with Gab to implement the desired behavior change requested by executives. The program itself consisted of over 3000 hours of coaching.
Gab has been requested numerous times by partners (Quintegral Japan) to coach executive leadership teams on developing a global leadership model that promoted DE&I within Japan. Companies include Cardiff BNP Paribas, SMBC Group, and Rakuten Group.

Change is actually unnecessary. It's a result of human thinking that is actually causing more un-ease in the world. Nature takes care of itself and so do we. But since we have separated ourselves from nature, we no longer live. You can never be “nothing”. Silence doesn’t exist in the realm of knowledge - neither does the universe, higher self, god. None of these things can be conceptualized into any image whatsoever, including that of words.
